Water is vitally important for daily health. If we were aware of how much money we would save on creams and products if we drank more water, we would have a bottle at all times.

The skin is the largest organ in our body and requires water to stay elastic and healthy. The human body is made up of a large percentage of water, depending on age and gender. That is why, at any stage of life, water is essential.

The WHO recommends drinking 2 to 3 liters of water to keep the body healthy. Many people find it difficult to drink that much, so many always carry a small bottle with them so as not to forget to drink a little from time to time.

My acne was from lack of water

So I started doing a test. I wrote down the day I started drinking more water, so I can tell the difference. My goal was 2.5 liters in winter, which is too much because in cold weather we tend to drink fewer fluids.

There are applications for the cell phone that work as an excellent memory aid. Whether you use Android or IOS, there are several little programs that work as an alarm and remind you to go have that glass of water.

You can program it to place the number of liters per day, so it adjusts to your needs.

Some of the most recommended is "Remember to drink water", "water time" or "Happy glass". Download the one you like the most and schedule it to start the challenge. It has been working wonders for me, and my skin improved a lot.

4 foods that help the skin

In addition to the application, I was investigating which were the foods that bring the most benefits to the skin. Nature is wise and gave each food a series of benefits for each organ of the body.

At first, he distrusted them. But those seeds have earned my admiration. Source of calcium, fiber, and omega 3 fatty acids, chia is a seed that more than a food is a holy remedy. Many call it a "superfood" because of its many nutrients and benefits.
